01Scope

gnexusos.com is operated by GATKO Technology Inc. Using the site means you accept these terms.

They cover the website and nothing else. The licence to use the GNexusOS software, what a purchase includes, and who sells it are in the Terms of Service; refunds are in the Refund Policy; personal information is covered by the Privacy Policy.

02Permitted use

Read the site, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. Beyond that, please do not:

• interfere with the site or the services behind it, or try to reach parts of them that are not public;
• submit an email address that is not yours, or submit automated or bulk entries to the waitlist — it is rate limited to 10 submissions per hour from one network address, and that limit is there to be respected rather than worked around;
• access the site by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• copy the site's content wholesale and publish it as your own;
• use the site to transmit anything unlawful.

03Intellectual property in the site's content

The text, images, diagrams, video and layout on this site are owned by GATKO Technology Inc. or licensed to it. The GNexusOS and GATKO names, logos and wordmarks are ours; using them for your own product, service, or to suggest an endorsement or affiliation, needs our written permission.

Quoting a short extract from an article with attribution and a link back is fine and welcome.

04No warranty as to availability or accuracy

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available or uninterrupted, and we do not promise its content is complete, current or free of error.

Statements on this site about features, supported platforms, pricing and timing describe what we intend at the time of writing. They can change. Articles on the blog are commentary, not professional advice.

Where the site shows a price, the binding figure is the one shown at checkout by Paddle, our merchant of record, at the moment you buy.

05Third-party links

The site links out — to social platforms in the footer (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), to sources in articles, and, once purchasing opens, to Paddle's hosted checkout. These are ordinary links. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this one.

06The waitlist

Submitting your email address to the waitlist asks us to add you to the GNexusOS mailing list. We store the address and send you product dispatches — the first is a welcome email confirming you are on the list.

Alongside the address we store the time you signed up, a two-letter country code for the request, and your browser's User-Agent string, truncated. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is kept, why, and for how long. Please submit only an address you control.

Unsubscribing

Every dispatch carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and your mail client's own unsubscribe button works too. Using either stops the dispatches.

Unsubscribing stops the email; it does not by itself erase the record of your signup. If you want that deleted as well, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force always carries its “last updated” date at the top of this page.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have as a consumer to rely on the consumer law of, or to bring proceedings in, the country where you live.
